KYC/KRA Changes

I was going through the above document and it says IPV (In Person Verification) is required if you done KYC before Jan 2012.

Is there any locationwise list of authorized agents who could do this IPV?

    Dear Dominic

    I have visited the CAMS office with originals and filled the KYC change form.

    Given a photocopy of address proof and ID proof.

    You can visit the nearest CAMS center and get the job done.

    If you are investing thru Fundsindia you can send it in post the filled application with gazetted officer signed proof(address + ID) . they will get it done.
