I want to ask that is it necessary to have authentication from previous employer to get my epf a/c transferred to the new employer as well as to withdraw the same,if there is any method to withdraw the same kindly tell me as i was working for a company under bond agreement i had left the job without intimating to them,that’s why as the deducted money credited in my epf a/c is also my money i want to have the same.
If i make to ask them for the pf money they will charge me the bond amount.Please answer my doubt
