Hi Guys,
I am confused whether I can stay in rented house or to buy a new house. Max I can make a down payment of 10 lkhs. If I buy a house of 36 lakhs, EMI outgo will be around 27k roughly, I am confused to whether to buy a house or to stay rented (Rent will be around 15K approx). Please guide.
