What to do when Full LTA amount not exempted by employer for income tax ?

I had submitted LTA bills to my employer. However, the full amount was not considered for tax benefit. Part of the LTA is showing as taxable. What can I do now? Can I deduct entire LTA while entering taxable income in the ITR?
