Hi Guys,
I have got a question regarding calculation of VAT and service tax on underconstruction flat in Bangalore. There is so much of confusion about this calculation and most of the time builders make fool of the customer. Requesting Manish and other expert members of the forum to put some light on this.
Also if I am buying a flat which falls under land owner’s share, how much VAT is applicable (if there is any) ?
