Sir/ Madam,
Now i working as assistant (contract basis) in the one of the pvt. company. They deducted TDS @10%.. Now i am getting Rs.12500/- per month after deducting amount of Rs.1389/- (My Total salary is Rs.13889/-).
My question is may i claim that TDS amount of Rs.16668/-(1389 * 12) per annum. I am NOT get any other income.
Kindly give the suggestion to me.
