On 2nd April 2014 (I got checks), I borrowed 2 Loans from LICHFL 7L each (total 14 L) to purchase a new property.
1. for 15 Yrs at 10.2% as Loan for Renovation
2. for 20 Yrs at 12.2% Loan Against Proprty.
The deal got cancelled for the new purchase and now I want to repay total 14L to LICHFL. Pls suggest the best way and procedures.
