I recently book an apartment in Chennai it’s a gated community with 400 apartments along with amenities like club house, STP, WTP Piped gas, Covered car parking and Open car parking. Could you please tell me how the service tax is calculated, which are the factors applicable to service tax? Also they are charging 1.8% of Basic cost as an Other Reimbursement fee. Kindly Clarify
