Sir, We have availed SBI Max Gain Home Loan of Rs. 38,45,000 on 9/12/2009 to be paid in 180 EMIs. We have paid Rs. 16,97,082 so far and our liability is Rs.3364732 still.We were not guided of the benefits of Max Gain OD account facilities.We could have deposited lump-sum money into our Max Gain Loan and reduced the interest burden.
We came to know the benefits after going through Jagoinvestor that we can reduce interest and liability by depositing amount in an OD account.
We would like to pay Rs.2000000 as deposit.Please advice us the benefits.Thanking You
