Hi All,
I have got a MHADA Flat (Maharashtra State Housing Board) in Lottery and have made the initial 25% payment to them.
Now, I want to take a Loan for remaining 75% amount from SBI branch but I am having a problem with Address proof as my Building has gone under redevelopment and currently the address where I am staying is not having a registered leave and license agreement (due to some reason I cant get it registered).
I am planning to make a L&L agreement between one of my Aunt and me and get it registered to use it as address proof. My aunt lives in other city nearby Mumbai (where I live ) and I want to apply for loan in SBI branch which is close to my house for convenience.
My Question is that, can I apply in that Branch when I am having a address proof of Nearby city which is under different municipal limit. What are the RBI rules on the same.
