Firstly thanks a ton for providing many important information and tips. It has helped me in beginning my initial phase of financial plan. Recently I came across with the concept of Real Estate Mutual Funds in the article Property Times of Times Of India. I am not aware how genuine are these kind of Mutual Funds or how it actually works.
Can you please provide some details or tips on this.Because Real Estate Mutual Fund looks enticing as it provides high returns but at the same time one has to be careful while dealing such funds. Please find the links of that article which I came across.
