Purchasing a House, Suggest is HDFC home loans are good & any review/feedback on this + approach high/less amount for loan?

Am almost finalizing Apt in BLR.

Need some suggestions/Reviews on the folowing, Thanks in advance.

• Apartment approved with HDFC, is HDFC is a good choice for Home Loan, any suggestions/feedback?
• Taking a High amount vs Less amount? Which one has the advantage? any thoughts.
