Process to withdraw PF amount to pay home loan – Any Conditions ?

Hi,

I wish to know the process to withdraw some amount from my PF account to help me repay my homeloan. Can anyone kindly let me know the process and conditions that apply from PF Office along with timelines involved.

For what other scenarios can an individual withdraw their PF amount.
