Sir, In 2011 I joined Saudi Arabian ministry of health and soon after my refund cheque was returned undelivered as I was out from the Indian address. Please advise on the process of getting refund. I followed the advise of my income tax practitioner and filed an appeal Last year. NThere was no effect till now. Please advise.
