I have a SBI home loan taken 3 years before and there are 2 items in my account statement which I could not understand. One is drawing power and the other is outstanding balance. The value of drawing power is 12,60,513 and outstanding amount is 11,52,661. Please explain that how much prepayment need to pay for close this loan account.
