I had transferred my PF account from KR Puram office to Infosys sometime two years back. However while transferring, they did include my complete service years as a result, the membership years were reduced. So after filing multiple web-enquiries and RTI (finally), they agreed and sent out ANNEXTURE K to Infosys some two days back. Fortunately, I was also marked in the copy, hence received one.
To my surprise, I noticed a difference in pt. 10 (Total Credit to the account) and pt. 12 (Net amount transferred). Pt. 11 talked about withdrawal during the errors and had the same amount mentioned in pt 12 (net amount transferred).
Would appreciate if
- Some please explain me about the relevance of these points in ANNEXTURE K.
- Does it mean that the total credit to the account is not actually my money? There are multiple if and buts associate?
