PPF – Using up 1 lakh a year
ELSS(Not going to invest anymore)
HDFC Tax Saver Growth – 25K – Can regain in 2013
SBI Tax Gain – 90K – 3 years lock-in is over.

1.5 Lakhs
Term Insurance:
HDFC Life – 75L – Mine
Birla Protector – 65 L – My Wife’s
FD(SBI@9%) – 35 Lakhs – Need this in another 3 months for my second house purchase.
