Hi,
I am 30 yrs old male and below are my investments as of now:
Insurance:
– LIC: Jeevan Anand – SA: 300000- Prm 15k Yrly
– LIC: Endowment – SA: 100000 – Prm 5k Yrly
– LIC: Term plan – SA: 2500000 – Prm 8k yrly
Further planning to add 50 lakh the term insurance from reliagare. Please advice on this.
MF SIPs:
– DSP-BR Top 100 Equity – RP (G) 3k monthly
– HDFC Top 200 Fund (G) 3k monthly
Goals:
1. Retirement corpus: 2.5cr after 30 yrs – Long term
2. Children education: 50lakhs after 20 yrs – Medium term
3. Flat in Bangalore: 45 Lakhs after 4-5 yrs – Short term
Please advice on the current portfolio and any more funds I need to add to achieve the goals.
