Hi,
I have started investing into SBI Magnum Emerging Businesses Fund with monthly SIP of Rs.500. Now I want to get into other funds like large cap, large & mid cap, balanced funds etc. I am 26 yr now and cleared all loans/liabilities within 3 years . Now I want get into savings completely. I am ready to invest 8k-10k per month for long term (more than 15 years). Balanced funds I am planning to use for mid term goals (5+ years).
I have selected below funds. Can you please guide me?
Franklin India Bluechip Fund – Rs.2500 DSP BR top 100 Equity Reg – Rs.2500 (or HDFC Top 200)
Quantum Long Term Equity – Rs.1500 (or UTI Opportunities)
SBI Magnum Emerging Businesses Fund – Rs. 500 (already investing)
HDFC Prudence – Rs.1500
As per core and satellie approach I have put more in large cap funds and less in small cap funds. Apart from this I am using PPF, EPF, FD and RD for debt category wisely.
Please review above equity porfolio and guide me if any suggestion?
