Marked refund as NIL in Income Tax acknowledgement Form – Now what to do ?

Hi

I have not received my income tax returns for AY 2008-09 (manually filed), so i have decided to file a RTI application, but when i saw my ITR acknowledgement form, i realized that i have made a blunder. In my acknowledgement form i have mentioned refund as NIL (but in ITR form refund is mentioned).

So is there is a way to get my refund?
