I want to invest in Franklin Templeton Bluechip through citibank. The cost for the same, as declared by citibank is:
0 transaction fee if SIP is below 20000
0.5% upfront commission and upto 0.75% trail commission, paid to citibank by AMC
Is the upfront commission paid directly from my contributing amount? Or is the commission part of expense-ratio of the fund? Is there any alternate avenue by which I can invest in the same fund, but in a cheaper way?
