1. Is service tax on home delivery applicable now? I had read in Oct-Nov 2013 that the service tax dept will be coming out with the decision related to this, but could not find anything to that respect. Is there any link on the service tax website which gives clarification on this aspect.
2. Can restaurants charge service tax if they do not have service tax registration yet? This is irrespective of whether it is dine in or take away.
