I have 2 home loans and plan to be Second holder in a 3rd home loan. SBI is stating that there will be .25% additional intrest rate charged. Is this correct ? Can you share some links for the same ?
I will not be paying the EMI for the new loan and the first holder will only be paying it. Please guide.
