I have changed my surname through affidavit , published in newspapers and the Govt. of India Gazette. The change has been accomplished in my Voter card and my E-Aadhaar card.
I wish to get the name (basically the surname only) in my PAN card also . Please may anybody tell me the procedure?Whether I have to apply for re-issue with correction or a new card. I am confused, as because the fifth letter in the PAN is the first letter of our surname. So, is that going to be changed?..Please clarify.
