How can I get the IDFC Infrastructure bond number using the acknowledgment number ?

Hi,

I had purchased IDFC infrastructure bond on 14/12/2011 . I have got the acknowledgement number but not the bond number.

Queries :

1. How can I get the bond number using the acknowledgment number
2. To the best of my knowledge, Infrastructure bonds are locked for 5 years. Is my understanding correct?
3. When I want to surrender my Infrastructure bond, how may I do that?
