Dear Sir,
I gave Rs.5Lacs cheque in favour of VSR Infratech Pvt.Ltd. alongwith Application Form to Agent Mr.Narendra Walia to purchase Serviced Appartment No.SA-9/72 in VSR68 Avenue,GURGAON. Builder neither issued receipt,allotment letter,agreement etc. and refused to pay back Rs.5 Lacs and threatened me. I have already lodged police complaint. What else should be done? How to publicize this issue for benefit of future investors?
