Form 16 Issued without Salary Details

Hi Friends,
I got recently Form 16 From my employer, where i could not find the details of salary & deductions made.

It just had the Income Tax deducted in that financial year. With this background info, here are my doubts:

1. I have to claim for Refund during my ITR Filing. I have my salary details from our payroll site & the FORM 16 which has only info on my Tax Deductions. With these information, can i able to request for Refund?

2. With this Form 16 (only info containing about tax deductions), can i request for Home loans at Banks?

Please help me, because I am worried about this.
