dear sir,her i am jaydeep dave as a ex employee of cello sales & marketing from 01/01/2003 to 07/12/2012,but till date company shuold not submitted my pf & eps for in pf office.i have many amil & twice time send them all supporting papers.how can know employer code ?no any pending issue with me related any category to my ex company.
