I have taken education loan for my son higher education in US.loan amount is Rs 20 lacs. His studywillbe done by next month and we consumed almost Rs 20 lacs. Repayment will start by Dec 2013. I was guardian for the loan. My wife will share loan repayment emi. Can we both take income tax benefit in 80E ?
