As i have booked underconstrion property at panvel area Where Builder has given me area 667 sq feet super built up & he has done my stamp duty and registration on that area basis. But my question is when we had Done agreement copy where he mentioned only 29.04 SQ. meter Carpet area + ASSUME 50 % loading + other area i. e. would be around 500 sq feet super built up so there is huge difference between actual area and agreement area so i request to u kindly guide me what should i do in that case ?
