Dear Sir,
I had bought Fixed deposit of birla power in october 2010 for 3 years of rupee 1 lac. It had been matured and i sent it to company for maturity but no communication done till date,also intrest of 1.5 years is due.
i had made complaint on company mail id and company law board,also mca mumbai,till date no response recieved.only CLB has returned my application by saying that it is not a fixed deposit and not in there pursue.
what should i do?
