I have taken a loan of Rs 48ooooo from SBI for a under construction flat. Currently I am paying pre EMI.
Flat will be ready by Oct 2014 and my full EMI starts by that time.. Now my question is if i make some repayment towards my home loan account, will I be able to withdraw this amount later time?. I know this is possible for a home loan account where in 100% disbursement is done and full EMI is started. I want to know in this case is it possible to park some amount now and withdraw later once full disbursement happens ?
