Can I claim HRA with two home loans ?

Hello,

I have one house in Delhi. i had loan about 12 Lac.

i am staying in rented house in Bangalore.

Now, i have purchased a second house with additional loan of 30 Lac. this house is in construction..

can i claim HRA?
