Hi, I own a flat X in City A and I am staying in the same flat. I have taken a loan for this. I am planning to buy another flat Y in same City A and planning to go for home loan. I am planning to move to Flat Y after completion and giving my flat X for rent. Can I claim both the home loan interest from income tax? one is own occupied and another one is let out property (income as rent). Pls advice.
