Please share the nominee information about Locker in Bank, as when open bank locker we fill nomination form but bank not given acknowledgement slip of such nomination on asking, bank officers says if some thing happen we check documents & locker material handed-over to nominee as filled by you. Due to all entries/documents of bank locker is manual form, not in Computer etc. Is it correct or is any legal document available? so that I ask for receipt of nomination.
