I’m getting the Calls from LIC complaint cell, delhi and they are saying that all the dividend declared by LIC in last 10-12 years annually is going to my Agent code and I’m not getting the benefits of that. I have paid approx. 2.25 lacs premium in last 10-12 years and they have calculated 2.76 lacs dividend, which I’ll get only when I remove the Agent Code from my policy and have to create my Code. For that they are asking PAN CARD, Rashan Card, Voters ID, 2 PHOTOs and Cheque worth Rs 16900 in favour of LIC of India.
Sir, kindly clear the issue and tell whether it is authentic/ legal or Illegal
