I have cheque book, laptop and printer. Want to print date in dd/mm/yyyy format, bearer’s name, amount in words and figures on the cheque leaf.
As you know, printed cheques look more professional than hand written cheques. Of course, I’ll sign them myself with dark black ink.
Questions:
1. Does RBI allow printing cheques for personal/business use?
2. Is there any free software available that’s suitable for printing latest CTS-2010 standard cheques?
