Hello,
I am looking to go for an accidental insurance and as per the basic analysis from Internet, Apollo Munich Personal Accident Insurance looks good. To know more details, I have been calling their call center for almost 3 weeks now where a person picks up and tells me that I will receive a call back in 30 mins; but no one calls back. I must have called and requested to know more details almost 4 times on phone; twice by mail and once by online chat.
With this behavior of Apollo Munich, I am not sure if a policy should be taken from them and the quality of service later on.
Do advise if you also faced this issue. Also, is this policy good enough to go through this hassle?
