I have a query about the Superannuation scheme. The individual was subscribing to Superannuation and had contributed for over 5-6 years till his death. Now will the spouse(nominee) be able to withdraw the corpus completely?
The employer is asking her to withdraw 1/3rd and subscribe to a pension scheme from LIC for the remaining amount. Please clarify if there is any compulsory requirement for subscribing to pension rather than complete withdrawal.
