Will I get a home loan or would need to take personal loan ?

I am planning to purchase a property. I will take home loan from my company for this. However I will need some more money since company home loan is not sufficient. Will I get rest home loan from  a bank or will i have to take  a personal loan for that ? Please guide.

    Dear Abhi, instead of asking here and there, please get it confirm with the person appointed by your employer for home loans.

    Thanks, I asked from one of my colleagues, and he confirmed that my employer has tie up with some PSU banks to provide additional home loan.

    Dear Abhi, please check with your employer for approval of 2nd mortgage. HDFC is the only lender in the market to provide such 2nd mortgage loans as you are asking for.
