Hi

I had three loan, 1 SBI Home Loan, 2 HSBC Personal Loan, 3 GE Money Personal Loan. I have paid GE Money and SBI Home loan of 9 Lakh INR. I already got the clear NOC from the SBI Also before 6 months ago. Also Paid the GE Mony all EMI. HSBC is still remain 20k to be paid. So if now I want to apply for the credit card as soon as possible. Please guide me it is possible or not? I took  all this loan before 7 years ago. From last 3 years I never apply for any loan or credit card to get down the CEBIL score.  SO will I get the credit card or before that I need to clear the remain things and after that I may apply for it?

My Salary is 37k per month.

Please guide me

Secured card against an FD would be hassle free and pretty much guaranteed. HDFC, for instance, offers credit limit upto 75% of the FD amount…ICICI offers it for upto 80-85%….

    Dear cp754,

We see no hindrance to your credit card application if you have been repaying all your loans on time. The fact that you have not applied for any new credit facilities in the past 3 years would further work in your favour.

Dear Cp754, from the given info, you can avail a credit card easily. In case you are in doubt, please opt for a secure credit card i.e. card issued against your FD.

    Thanks
