Why the difference in MF dividends

Reliance Mutual Fund declares dividend under Reliance Equity Opportunities Fund.

Regular scheme: 2.5 and Inst scheme: 4.5

Why this difference? Are the underlying portfolios different for the two?

    No difference in portfolio. My understanding is the difference stems from difference in NAV and its appreciation
