I want views of readers here ..

Generally we see ULIP having high charges , but LIC Bima is a normal insurance plan which is not market linked , still there are expenses charges of 27.5 in first year , 7.5 in 2nd and 3rd and 5% there after .

Why ?

What is the explaination of that , i would like to know it if some one has any idea ?
