which tests qualify for- 80D section, 5000rs sub-limit

In the recent budget, it is said that we can additionally claim upto a maximum of 5000rs. u/s 80D for Preventive Medical Checkup.
Which type of tests will qualify under this head?

Are all the diagnostic tests done in the FY eligible to be included under this?
or
Only the Full Master Health checkups offered in hospital will qualify?

    Dear Muthu, this is not the additional limit but within the over all limit of 15K or 20K of 80D as the case may be. There is no defined set of tests. So be it done in a large corporate hospital or in a small diagnostic laboratory, all ‘ll be qualified.
