Which nationalized bank offers cheapest locker charge for metropolitan banking locations? The locker size is immaterial here and the rent should be less than my present rate ie seven hundred rupees.

I live in kolkata and i have assumed that the cheapest locker fee charged by a private bank would be always higher than the cheapest locker fee charged by a government bank for any similar sized locker.
