Which is the best way to get true cashback on fuel?

Is there any credit card which offers real and hassle free cashback on fuel? I do not want citibank credit cards which has so many conditions like citibank-only machine-swipe and minimum bill restrictions. I am an occasional car user and I want cashback from any petrol or diesel station and from any swiping machine.

you can also suggest me if there is any loyalty program for fuels which offers true cashbacks.

    try standard chartered’s Super value Titanium card.

    Minimum fuel spend is Rs.500 (which is nominal considering current fuel prices). They return the 2.5% fuel surcharge in the same statement and also gives cash back of 2.5%, which is added to our rewards account. You can either use this amount for rewards or get it transferred to your credit card to use as cash back.
