I am a senior citizen with pension, interest from FD’s.I own a house occupied by me. Last year there was this confusion about Exempt Income fro m PPF interst and Dividends from Mutual funds. No capital gains. Can i file in ITR1 which is simpler and ITR2 is too complicated. Pleae reply
