Is it good to start FD in PNB HF and HDFC HF. They are offering 9.4% . My concern is they do not have online facility need to visit branch for opening and closing. SBT offering 9.15 for 700 days. For long term purpose we wont get benefit of annual yield for 700 days

Which is the best choice.
