I am in 10% tax slab and career growth is slow. So most of the earning goes in expenses and savings in FD or PPF. I recently started doing the consulting work in addition to my job. I didn’t earned much to replace the job but I get enough to purchase 2 gram of ETF shares. I invested into UTI ETF last month. I was thinking about how to invest from this earning on regular basis. Is it worth to spend the money into ETF or FD or PPF? Or any other investment?

I can’t say the same amount would be earned on consistent basis, it could be high and low, so that is what made me think which is better investment for me. Should I start investing into stock market apart from ETF? (though I am not knowledgeable about it).

What do you think is a good investment for such income?
