Please answer my financial query:

1. I have 3 Lakhs with me right now, where to invest to get better profits? I have no plans to touch that amount for another 2 years atleast. If I want to invest 1.5 Lakh for getting monthly income and remaining 1.5 Lakh for upto 2 years, which are good plans available?

2. I can invest 15,000 monthly. Please suggest me good plan for the same.
